The idea for SANGAU was born from a personal experience. In 2005, while working abroad, our Founder & CEO, Binu Prakash, faced the challenge of finding a trustworthy service to manage his own property in Bengaluru. What began as a personal need revealed a common gap faced by countless property owners — especially NRIs.
To bridge that gap, SANGAU was established in 2007 with one simple mission:
